With so many great courses in the east metro, don't waste your time here. Course is poorly maintained and rough at best.
We went to Vegas for a golfing long weekend this summer. We called and emailed all the courses a month ahead of the trip to see if any maint was scheduled. Several courses were honest about the planned maint. some we played anyway some we choose not to play. The BADLANDs flat lied to us... They told us no action was planned... When we got there the fairways were almost dirt.. It was AWFUL!! 80% of Tee Shots ended up in the desert as there was no way for the ball to stop on the fairway.. The staff outside was rude and it was a terrible round.. We will NEVER play the Badland's again.. There are to many great courses in Vegas that want your business.
Horrible experience!!! We booked our tee time several weeks in advance of our trip. We called two weeks ahead to confirm and asked about the condition of the course. We specifically asked if any maintenance work was being done. The pro assured us the course was in great shape... WRONG!!!!! One of the nines was completely closed and another had been completely scalped to prepare for overseeding the next week. There are hundreds of courses in Vegas and we could've gone anywhere! Don't lie to us and tell us your course is in great shape, then surprise us when we show up to play and it's too late to go somewhere else. Very disappointing!!!
This place is a complete joke! Tee times mean nothing here, don't bother. No ranger insight unless the beer cart driver is functioning as one. Greens are burnt, Fairways are full of weeds. Stay away even if someone else is buying! worst course I've been to in the east metro!
