This may be the most underrated course in Washington State. Crappy little club house and a blue collar clientele, but this place is all about golf! No homes on the course. Big trees. Exciting elevation changes. Holes 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 18 will stack up against the best six holes on any golf course. Each are challenging, quirky, and fun, but none of them are "tricked" up with the kind of nonsense you get at Kayak Point, just down the road (i.e., reverse slope greens, split fairways, severely tilted airways, or unfair sand traps.) And there is not a single boring hole on the course. And it's cheap, too. It can be muddy in the winter, though.

Good value here, 27 bucks for a weekday prime time. Played on this Labor day though, at 34 dollars. round was over 5 hours, as the place was packed and we (threesome) were stuck behind a very slow group. Short par 5s are a confidence booster, as I birdied 2 and 16. 7 is a very difficult hole. par is an excellent score there. wish i could say I shot par... overall not the greatest layout, but not boring either. greens were in excellent shape and rolled well. a little swampy in areas along the course in the shade, but in good shape altogether. tee boxes were green, fairways a little brown in areas, but nothing bad. not far from I-5, but feels like it is out more than it is. Take a look at the view from the 13th tee. Walked it, but i would recommend a cart if you arent in your prime.

This is a great course. Greens are kept nicely, staff is great. Challenging enough to never get bored no matter how many x's I play here. -Joe David

If you don't keep it in the fairway ya might wanna bring an extra dozen balls. This is a great course and a relatively great value they have a driving range area and chipping green with bunker. If you're not up to playing the big course the par 3 course is a great alternative.
