15/18 greens have some sort of issue. Either a fungus, or divots, or sand. To not be discouraged, play all 18 as provisional greens as just take a "2" because the speed inconsistency will drive you crazy. The tee boxes were "ok", the fairways were "ok", many blind tee shots, zero yardage markers so if you don't bring any assistance you'll be in HUGE trouble because there are no distance markers. If you have a better option, you shouldn't hesitate to go somewhere else.. unless you're paying $0 or less than $30
