The front nine is easier than the back. Be prepared for slow play most days, especially the front nine due to many snowbirds. Course maintenance could be better and course conditions change based on the amount of rain. High water can affect certain holes, and drainage is poor on most holes. In the summer, play drops off dramatically, as locals are going to other courses.
