Paid Greens Fees on 12/11/10 at 1050, as a single. Checked in with starter and asked for cart to return to parking lot to get clubs, shoes etc. Was told that I could not. At 1130, after watching a threesome tee off, I returned to the starter and he indicated another 15 minutes, I asked about the threesome, he did not answer. Told him to scratch name off list. Returned to pro shop and requested refund. I explained that starter was not observant and about the threesome. Individual asked what the threesome had to do with it?????
