Bunkers have some issues, and mowing is not real defined.Greens are on the plus side,fast and green.There fees are a little steep for the course conditions.
This course has a potential; great scenery and good layout. The conditions of greens/fairways were acceptable for the time of year. However, there were signs of maintenance neglect. The course had a lot of bunkers. Unfortunately, a large number of them had wet sand or standing water, probably drainage problem. Some even had rocks (more than an inch in size). An on-course restroom was very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned for days. Even though the course was not crowded, the pace of play was really slow. It took us well over 5:30 hours to finish the round. There was no single marshal around to help out.Given that there are other courses in the area with comparable prices but with fewer problems, I am not inclined to come back.
