I live a few minutes away from this course and maybe play it about once every two years. Short with out of bounds on just about every single hole. Plenty of houses within reach of a slightly offline drive. A bit optimistic on the yardage posted on their score card. If you live within 20 minutes maybe worth a play once a year.
Just played this course today. Course was in decent shape for having rained the whole day prior. I'm assuming they were working on the greens but they were in poor shape. Aerated holes every where and extremely sandy (and fast). As most people described, houses are very close to the course. I wasn't bothered by the houses as I thought I would be. The residents seemed to know the deal. I put a shot pretty much in the backyard of one resident (still playable) while they were inside their screened porch and it didn't seem to bother them. Not a particularly long course (2 par 5s) but I was able to use my driver about 6-8 times. Prime time rates seemed a little expensive at $61. I would recommend playing there once to try it out but there might be better courses in the area for the $.
