I have been playing this course since it opened. It has become a great track. I do believe the brand new GPS is still in need of some adjustments but the course it self is worth the trip up north. The challenging lay out will make you think about club selection, and the Hugh greens will give you a chance at lower scores if you just need a bigger target from 150 yards out. There a few short par 4’s that will offer the long driver a chance at an eagle, maybe 2.
Sorry but I'll never go back! The cart GPS system is a mess and venturing into the rough leaves you stranded as forward drive is shut off and you are left with reverse as the only option. There is no warning when this is about to happen. Several of our guys were 50 yards from the front of greens and theirs also shut off. I drove too close to the back of the clubhouse and the forward drive shut off. While backing up I hit a rock and couldn't move. Course employees had to come out and move the cart. I'm now being threatened with repairs to the cart if any are found!
To begin with i only signed up for golf link so I could review this putrid course! Layout looked like something that the special Olympics would have come up with and greens harder than a male porn stars weiner no mention of numerous hazards and when you hit a straight ball off the tee your reward should not be hitting the tree directly in the path of where you WANT the ball to go won't be back even if it's free
With the exception of a brief rain storm (where the cat in the pro shop kept me company while my partner was forced to wring out his shirt on the range) the course was very nice! It had a good layout and didn't have too many hills, but was by no means boring. The course was also a great value and I will definitely play it again.
