A beautiful course. Very challenging ... VERY challenging. I play from the white tees, which are a 140 slope. God help anyone hitting from the blues or the backs. The fairways are wide, but there's almost no room once you hit the rough - it very quickly turns into very tall unplayable rough, or water. The routing, with a par 34 on the back, is a little odd, but fun. Only 1 par 3 is challenging (the last one) ... the rest are definite scoring holes. Staff is wonderful, and the practice range is extraordinary. Unwalkable. I am local, and a member at Connoquenessing across the street, but with the cost and the frustration factor I'll probably keep my visits to once a year here. But it's a *fun* once-a-year.
