The course has definitely turned a corner from where it was a few years ago. The new manager has turned the course around to top form. The greens are fast and very well kept. There are a lot of trees to hit around so if you get caught up in the trees, it's going to be difficult to get out of them. There are four par 3's and four par 5's with the rest being long par 4's for the most part.

Best Rates in the area for a full 18 hole course. The new ownersihip has done a terrific job at keeping the greens and fairways upkept. Not top rate ammentities but a good solid golf course with good rates.

Played this course a few times this year. Talked to the "new" owner and he told us that they were gonna bulldoze the front in the fall and then the back next year..i told him he's nuts. since then he told me that if the course can sustain itself it will stay... based on all the improvements going on it looks like its gonna stay a golf course, new sand in the bunkers and the greens that were gone last season are almost completely healed. even number 11...is it perfect? No...is it recognizable as the same green as last fall...NO!! I recomend suporting the course and the new owner heck $25 with a cart... how can you go wrong... conditions get better every week. get out there and enjoy it.

August 21st, 2010.
greens are degenerating quickly, with a disease. barrens spots on most of the greens, some encompassing 1/3rd of the circumference. par 3 11 is a temporary and a joke- green surface entirely crabgrass. why not lay an artificial putting surface. at least 2 other holes barely contain grass. superintendent better fix this quickly, or golfers will avoid this course like the plaque on the greens, despite the low rates charged. nice layout and challenging.
