I’ve been playing at this course since I could remember, I’ve never had a problem with the staff. The greens are always perfect, the fairways are always perfect as well. I highly recommend this course.
Played with a group of golfers who know their golf courses. Here is our description. Clubhouse was OK. Pro shop was well kept and attendant was very friendly. Tees and fairways were very well maintained. Rough was extremely tough since there have been recent rain storms. However, there are too many holes that go "up the mountain". About 8 holes were very difficult, even for single digit handicappers. 390 playing 440. Other than that, I would play this course again, when the greens were just a tad faster and the rough was not as "rough".
Very disappointed in the staff at this course. By far the most expensive round we played while traveling through PA. Except for the girl working in the pro shop, everyone else was very rude. It was over 100 degrees when we played and we weren't allowed to bring water on the course unless we bought it from their clubhouse. There were also no coolers on the course, and only a water fountain that didn't work in the clubhouse. Thieves!!Course was OK but not worth the drive out of the way that it is. It's a shame because I really pushed for us to stop and play it. I played there 3 years ago and it was a great round and a great experience. Save your gas, find a coupon and go play Penn State's Blue or White Courses. They run circles around Sinking Valley.
