Poor Attitude and Poor Credit Card ManagementI’ve been struggling with how to put this nicely, yet report the horrendous problems the Perth Golf Course created for me this fall, esp. since their management seems to want to quickly wash its hands of it. I guess I don’t blame them!I didn’t play the Perth Golf Course this year (2022). Yet, my credit card was charged by the course for rounds of golf on more than one occasion.When I initially spoke with them about it, they realized their error and apologized. But senior management didn’t followup and correct it. So I had to have my credit card company intervene. Perth Golf Course management responded very unprofessionally.It was a lot of work for me to try to reach anyone at the course (again!) in mid-November, in the hope that they would correct it themselves. And then, for me to be without a credit card when the bank took over the situation with Perth. And to have all the card’s auto-debits changed to a new card, in order to protect myself and the bank from further inappropriate charges.This course suffers from poor management. And an even poorer attitude!
