I played the Chase in Sept '12 on a very hot day! For just getting though the summer it was in very good shape. Green grass everywhere, just not many people.
The scenery is incredible and the course played very fair. The pro shop was well stocked and the attendants were very professional. There is a lot of driving in the golf carts between holes as another person mentioned.
I played here while I was staying in Vegas, the drive seemed like it took forever to get there, but worth it. I would suggest playing in Mesquite or even SW Utah if you are looking for a course. Not knocking The Chase but there are more memorable courses down the I-15. (Sky Mountain, Sand Hollow, Wolf Creek to mention a few).

Nice course, beautiful scenery. Only issue is that the tee boxes are really far apart and you spend three to four minutes driving from green to tee.

Played here last year just before Christmass. There was a frost delay that delayed our tee time only about 15 minutes. For a course with such high reviews I expected more people. There were only about 8 golfers there the whole day. This course is truly beautifull. The scenery, the course conditions, greens, water falls, and ammenities are outstanding. The place though looks like a ghost town. I asked the proshop attendant what happened, and he said happened to what? This course has only been there, he said about three years, and they are on the 50 year plan. I guess if you build it they will come. The people that is, with the million dollar homes and shoping centers, etc. Anyway, even though there's no development around where it looks like there should be, the views are spectacular. It was a little overcast and windy that day and we froze our knuckles off, but still had a great day. Our Garmen couldn't find Coyote springs on the map so if your in the area of Mesquite, NV play this course. I expect it will only get better from here. And it's great now.
