Could have done better with scenery seeing as how it adjacent to Lake Hickory. Greens are always in excellent shape, as well as fairways. Prices just went down to $24, good value. The only drawback is that is that if you don't hit the fairway, you've lost your ball because of the clover and/or sidehill lies. You absolutely have to keep it down the middle or be prepared to bring a dozen extra balls with you.
I played this course today. I paid a whopping $24/w/cart!! WOW!! THese are the fastest greens I have played in some time..and it took awhile to get used to. Then again..there were only 18 holes..so I never really got used to the speed. They were fast!! I played from the Maroon tees...and it was a test of my game. I don;t think there was a flat fairway on the course. I swear I had a side hill lie on every hole. If you want flat..this is NOT the place for you. It was also VERY hilly...and if you want to walk...bring oxygen...this is not for the average walker..you are either going down or up. Best thing about the round were the greens! For the price....I'd go back!
