The 9 hole course is inexpensive ($12-13). The staff are nice enough. The clubhouse is ancient, but not in a good way. Also, for non-residents like myself there are so many better choices in that price point...look harder. The course is a good place for beginners.
Although it's known as an easy course, it can still be tough. Not much sand or water, but plenty of trees. Nice staff, and the course really is well maintained for a smaller course. Lots of beginner golfers play there, which is a drag if you are more experienced, but they do have marshals who try (often unsuccessfully) to keep things moving.
