BEWARE – You may end up paying more than what are told when you book your tee time.I booked a tee time one week before we played. The course website showed an Early Bird Tee Time Rate of $22 for 18 holes during the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. I verified the price with the course employee Hunter when I made the tee time. When we arrived at the course, we were told the price was $30…but they did us a favor by giving us the senior rate of $28. We didn’t argue at the time because the 4 of us had driven long distances (45 minutes and 1 hour) to get to the course and we wanted to play. When I got home, I checked the rates on the course website and they had removed the Early Bird Special sometime after we made our tee time…but I had printed the rates on their website when I made the tee time and it clearly stated $22 for 18 holes. As for the condition of the course, they have made some improvements since the last time we played, but the course is still a cow pasture. Tee blocks and fairways have more weeds than grass, greens show fungus and bare spots, and due to overwatering, there are puddles of water in the approaches to the greens. We’ve played much nicer courses than this for less money and will not be playing this course again.
