I have been playing this course since 1988 Last years the greens and fairways were in the best condition I can remember.If you are looking for fancy schmancy, the owners words, this ain't the place but it is a good value.
We have been playing this course for several years and it sounds like the last reviewer has a problem with the owner, but this course is 10 times better than it has ever been, and I think the green's match or exceed Lapeer Country Club's and the fairways are great except if there are heavy rains. A very good public course for the price!
Would play this course but the owner(Gary)is very rude. This course has potential but the tee yardage is way off. Plays much shorter than what is stated. The old owner Walt would have been very disappointed with what it has become. Workers are rude too, especially to the younger players. This is a disappointment. Support your AMERICAN local business owners and golf the country club. It is twice the course for the same amount of money and they treat you like first class citizens unlike this guy. Oh yeah, he owns the West Side market as well. No speak English...
Not a bad course. Good for beginners from what I have play which was the front 9. They have GPS on the carts, but didn't work or they didn't turn them on when I used them
