not much of a course: rather disapointing for a Harris run course.

Greens were in good shape this fall. Nice little 9 holer & great practice range.
& @ jjax - yes, saw her the past three Saturdays. I think she is a former cheerleader for the nfl, Im pretty sure
she was on a poster I had in college...& ps..saw no ring & smelled awesome...I think I'm going to move my membership to this club...it includes a couple of others too I think....

The new range & putting greens are the best I've ever seen in Maine. The course is tricky because the holes are close. Guys in the club were great & very helpful. Extra bonus, met the most gorgeous woman on the putting green I'd ever seen & she's is a member there! (thus the 5 star for scenery) Definitely, this is my new place to practice!

When in Freeport I golf at this course because it's near my summer home. You really can't beat the location or price for 18 holes even though it's only 9 holes. The folks at the club house have always been nice, the course isn't that bad if you're looking to get out and play (spend some time away from the wife), but it's the kind of course I wouldn't bring any friends to. On many of the holes you can't tell which fairway you are trying to hit to. The first hole, if you go a little left your on 2, and if you go a little right your on 3. The 7th hole has 2 greens, I've always played the one straight ahead on the front 9, and the back nine I shoot for the elevated green, but unless you've played here you have no idea what green to shoot for and that area turns into a nightmare. Almost every person I've talked to on the course is nice, and most times if you're a faster player they'll let you play thru, but I've had a few situations where regulars playing from the blue tees (I have no idea why) acted as if they owned the course and couldn't care about how long you've been waiting. Not a bad course for the $$$, but don't anticipate being challenged or impressed
