Wide open layout fun for aggressive players, but holes design is repetitive. Course condition and clubhouse have improved greatly since AllTech took over. Good value.
links "style" course. Good greens, decent fairways, white sand bunkers. Wide open except a few holes with out of bounds on 1 side, water on 1 or 2 holes. Very open course with little trouble. Some greens are a challenge with blind shots either to layup or into them, etc. Overall not my favorite. Nicer links course at same price is Kearney Hills, If you're on south side of town not a bad course, well maintained.
