This is a Beautiful golf course...extremely well maintained (especially for a public course). Greens are MASSIVE (many are 40 to 50 YARDS deep), which makes putting a key factor. Winds kept you guessing which club to pull out of the bag (adding to the difficulty). Fairways were excellent (only a slight ground under construction on hole #10) and first cut was well maintained. Bunkers were in excellent shape, and well groomed. Why I give it a near 5 was the Native Prairie Grass, which reminded you of a Links golf course overseas...but very well managed. Clubhouse was small, but the owner/operator had tons of clubs for you to try out if you wanted, and would order other clubs if you wanted. Would have to say....one of the nicest courses I've played this year. Hit it in the fairway...you'll have a nice round. Course will make you pay the price if you miss the fairways past the 1st cut. Quite possibly the LARGEST greens I've played on (and extremely well maintained).
