A Dog Track!!

Avoid this dog track if you are looking for a decent course. The other amenities are good. They have a great clubhouse, pool, gym...etc. But, if you are joining a club for the golf, stay away from this one. The course is a mess. Bermuda fairways that don't drain. The turf maintenance makes me think they have never grown grass before(they killed 70% of it this year with poor turf management). They refuse to talk with the members about the problems and instead make excuses for the problem in that it is not their fault. No, if you are from Derby and are interested in a club membership somewhere, I could not in good conscience recommend this one.

As for the WINDY fellow who is so clever by changing my name to dirtbag. Obviously you are still stupid enough to belong to this muni-crap track that you actually find this course a value. Fine, take the name "Country Club" out of the title and I may agree with you. As for my swing, bring it. I will give you 3 strokes a side and still wop your @$!*%. I played scratch there the first time I played that POS course. And there was no damage due to weather. This course has lost its fairways not once, not twice, but three times because they have no clue how to apply a pre-emergent.
