The front nine is actually the newer of the nines and its decent. The back nine was designed by a family as a private estate and it shows. Lots of major elevation changes including a few right near the green. 3 holes have greens raised 10-20 feet above the fairway, and another is an uphill par 3. They border on unfair. The greens are fairly small, but their slow speed should save a few shots. Not a bad course at all, but not one I'll rush back to.
