Had a nice little interaction with the owner and his wife. Apparently it's ok to hit golf balls at golfers in front of you. His wife decided to hit one at me while I was at the edge of the green. This was a pretty common issue with them throughout the last 5 holes. As I was leaving she decided to pull out her phone and record me and my wife as if I was the problem. She then decides to tell me I'm not welcome there which I'm fine with the course is in complete disarray and needs repair. I told her hitting golf balls at someone wasn't very smart thing and this isn't a case of a ball landing 50 yards away, this was the issue of them landing within 5 to 10 yards and coming at me. After I said my part she then accused me of bringing my own beer on the course which didnt happen I'm not a drinker and proceeded to follow me out to the parking lot to take a picture of my license plate. Funny how someone so old acts like a child and draws blame on someone who didn't do anything wrong and is out learning how to golf. Thought golf would be a great way to relax after my deployment and now I'm just seeing how entitled and stuck up golfer course owners are.
