Amenities: Nice resort and clubhouse, friendly staff. Has a nice practice green with sand trap, but no driving range.Difficulty: Course is short, but still challenging. Many greens are drivable which can slow the pace of play. All the holes are very close together. The word "fore" was heard more than 15 times throughout our round. Maintenance: Course is not in the best of shape right now. Many greens and portions of fairways were "ground under repair".Scenery: Nice scenery all around. I also did not see a single house near the course, which was a nice change to most Chicago area courses.Value: We paid $37 on a Saturday via online, I would not pay much more than that, given the course conditions, tight holes, and slower pace of play.
