This course was a pleasant surprise! Grounds are nicely kept & there are plenty of challenges w sand traps, water features & rolling greens. Perfect weather too! I will be back.
Just heard they are completly renovating holes 16 and 17.
I have golfed for 15 years and never seen a course anything like this one. Some of the holes are in beautiful condition, some are 85% ground under repair... a wide variety of holes makes it fun to play, although there is WAY too much OB on the course, i mean literally out of bounds heavily in play on 12 or 13 holes... from number 7 to 14 is a good stretch of interesting, challenging shtos... number 18, however, is the worst finishing hole in the history of golf, hands down... OB down both sides the entire 600 yards, zero chance to reach in 2, its essentially a hybrid off the tee, a hybrid lay-up, and a mid iron approach... there is literally no where to miss the entire length of the hole... and I'm a legit 4 handicap!!!
