It rained hard on us so can't give a honest playing review but scenery and view was outstanding. Course was difficult and a lot of real interesting holes. I'd play again for sure

sand traps had weeds, under matting showing and metal staple attachments 1/2 inch below surface. Tourists all over course and no control from Kapalua. No staff for service at turn or finish. Greens were in poor shape. Aeration slits and sand made putting an adventure. Fringe grass around greens was often barren making chipping difficult. Course was in the worst shape I have played it during the last 7 years.

Just amazing. The views were spectacular, the course was challenging ... If you find yourself in Hawaii, give it a go. I think they kick off the PGA season here, and why wouldn't they?

The course played long from the back tees; it was immaculate from box to greens. Greens were fast, slick and challenging.
