Very well maintained course at a good value. Staff was somewhat stand offish, but could have approached them on an off day. Nothing overly difficult from tee box throughout the fairway, but it does have lightening fast greens that will test you on anything more than a foot in length depending on the hole. If you're a mostly straight shooter this could prove to be a fairly easy course, but fun to play. I would play this one again.
This course is very easy to play, with predictable fairways and approaches. This was nice for a novice golfer like myself to learn to play on. The tee boxes are very well kept, and the greens are fast. Granted there has been a shortage of water in the area, and this was noticeable due to the areas that normally would be a water hazard being dried up. That didn't prevent us from checking them out (lol) unexpectedly. Got my first birdie ever on hole 17. Holes 9 and 18 tend to have quite a few range balls on the sides of the fairway, so do yourself a favor and don't shoot a fluorescent yellow ball off the tee! All in all, a well-kept secret in the Middle Georgia area that beats the prices of many of the local courses. Carts are in great condition as well.
Just an excellent track, very nice clubhouse, restaurant, and bar. Layout is challenging and rewarding. Staff was very friendly and helpful The only problem I found was there must be a shooting range near. Heard guns firing in the distance the entire round. You will quickly get used to it but it's a different sound than normally found on a golf course.
