Played on 5/7/13. The new management is making a difference. The course, in particular the greens were in great condition. In factone of my playing partners(former Mirasol Member)commented that the greens were Country Club caliber.Playing many Public as well as Private Courses in South Florida. I agree. Good, fair and interesting golf course.
Course was in great shape. Greens were true and very well maintained. A very fair course with water on many holes. Will play it again and recommend it. A bit pricey but worth it.
Played the course last year and was very disappointed, a dog. Played again last week and found it much improved. New management seems to be working. First two holes and a few others are still bland and need attention, but much of the course was a pleasant surprise. Greens are much smoother and true. Back nine was in good condition and challenging.
I orginally recommended this course in July 2006. Almost 6 yrs later and boy have times changed. DeGolfer is 100% right - the staff is the typical nasty public course staff.The starter was mad at me because I was a single and no one bothered to pair me up before taking my money and giving me a tee time - how is their lack of a system MY fault? The conditions are now some of the worst in the area - greens are bumpy, the bunkers - can be be called bunkers if no sand - are terrible. Weeds everywhere. 6 years ago, this was a well maintained, friendly course I played quite a bit. Now I go back maybe twice a year hoping for something good but I'm even more disappointed each time. I think yesterday was the last time for this course. Save your time and money
This course is your average public course. Nothing exceptional. Dirt instead of sand in the bunkers. EXTREMELY nasty and disgruntled staff members. No free range balls to warmup (They charge $8 to get a few balls to warm up on top of the $107 to play!)If you are after average, boring, and otherwise unprofessional greens, please waste your money here, or better yet, pay the greens fees at a different local public course.
There's nothing bad about this course. There's nothing great about this course. The conditions are good, the facility is nice, but the day after the round, you won't remember a single hole. The staff was friendly and the course was boring.
Great greens, but the bunkers are terrible. Snooty staff does not add to the experience.
Great public course. We have been playing a ton of private and public in Jupiter and West palm area and this has been the best public one so far. There are 3 or 4 great holes out there and no throw aways.
