Greens had several bare spots but were usable. Fairways were sparse of grass and a least half of my fairway lies were on bare ground. Tee boxes had very little grass so many balls were teed up on dirt ! The only way I would recommend playing this course is if you could play for $15 or less.

Really a great time at Pelican Bay. I played the South yesterday and the North today. North Course is in fantastic shape, I cannot believe I have never played here. This is now OPEN TO PUBLIC, do not miss out. Best course I have played on our trip, also best burger in town... Thanks Pelican Bay!
