Had a wonderful day playing this old-time course. Fairways and greens were in great shape. One scenic hole after another made for lots of interesting shots. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was that the snack bar was closed. I would definitely play this course again.

played the Gilead course this past weekend. The 12th hole to me is the signature hole. I triple the hole, and shot 7 over with 6 pars on the back side. I'm going back this weekend to give it a 2nd try. Hopefully, I'll avoid the water the next time around.
