Nice because it is near the beach. Flat course with some water. Crowded with teenagers on weekend afternoon. (All the kids I met were good kids.) No bunkers. Good for work with irons since holes range from 110 - 190 yds. When I played the greens had been recently sanded so played very unevenly. I liked Sea Pines in Los Osos better and intend to try Monarch Dunes Challenge course next time I'm in the area.
