I play this course a couple times a month. It is affordably priced and pretty well maintained overall. The restaurant has reasonably priced good food and friendly staff. Fairways and greens are usually in fair to good shape. Down side: There is quite a lot of airport noise on some days. Few people who play here have the courtesy to rake the sand after bunker shots. And, as another reviewer wrote, there is a lot of hard dirt between the fairways leading to mis-hits rolling a loooong way - often into adjacent fairways. Watch out for drunks and idiots (especially on weekends). There seems to be more of them here than at some of the better courses around.
I enjoy playing the course and the price is great. The course can be deceptively challanging at times.
Not much to say about the course. Small greens, short Par 69 that's easy to walk. But WATCH OUT for the area. Tweekers and Crackheads lay in wake for you to tee off knowing that you will be on the course far away for hours. In the meantime they are vandalizing and breaking in vehicles. So this Par 69 cost me about $700 to play. The staff seemed to think it was amusing that we got ripped off. Apparently this happens frequently. So until they decide to care about their clients by either installing cameras or hiring security, we will not be back.
