Golfed this morning. Weather was great, people working there super nice. Golf course was wet from storms on Saturday, but very playable. Got my walking in because cart path only. Not a difficult course but need to hit the greens or you’re in a bunker like me. Nice greens and plenty of sand in the bunker. I will go back again. Enjoyed it.
I have played this course several times over the years and each time it is a lot of fun. The course winds around and through the resort homes. Lots of ponds, fountains, etc. Narrow at times but a wonderful place to play. If you are in Scottsdale, don't miss playing on this course!
I played this course a few times in June 2011. The course was in great shape. I also found it to be a great value just $29.99 – A typical resort course layout, great confidence builder. Lots of trees surround the course the shade comes in handy in Scottsdale in June. Cold water fountains every third hole. Service at the resort was fantastic. The service in the club house was indifferent. The golf carts were in pretty bad shape but worked well enough. The seat cushions were torn. They have stupid rake system. The rake is on the back of the golf cart and you have to remember to bring it with you to the sand trap. The greens are protected by several sand traps. The small greens and lots of bunkers provide enough challenge to keep you interested.
stayed here while we played in Phoenix, great memories
Flat but nice.
